Go parallel

Yesterday India was celebrating her 59th Independence Day so is Pakistan. After observing subjugated diversified cultural, traditional and social similarity we share patches of blatant history [partition of India and Communal violence, Kashmir issue and terrorists attacks till now] but also the revolution, which started from 1857 mutiny, and movements for Indian freedom based on the Gandhian philosophy of non-violence against British Raj on common grounds. History, which had same source of origination, two different religious styles which divided this united thread into two parts; India and Pakistan after Independence which came on 15 August 1947 after struggle of 150 years.
Both nations made " Tryst with the destiny..." on this day as Nehru says and being as protective Jinnah told to their still born child: Pakistan that “. You may belong to any religion caste or creed - that has nothing to do with the business of the state. In due course of time, Hindus will cease to be Hindus and Muslims will cease to be Muslims, not in the religious sense, because that is the personal faith of each individual, but in the political sense as citizens of the state.”
[Surprise came when we ping the history that while talking so much intellect, inflicting the pride of forming two sovereign secular state from their voice why they impose the boundary lines on the basis of ethnic diversification of Hindu and Muslims and presence of fear of exploitative nature Hindu and Muslim having towards each other…when sir Cyril Redcliff came to Panjab for sketching a boundary line and a question arose that where would they put Lahore (there were around 6 lac Muslims, 5 lac Hindu and 1 lac Sikhs in that region at that time of July 1947 ) after the partition. Redcliff was surprised to see the ethnic balance maintained by indigenous breed of Hindu and Muslim there at that time. ]

But did we choose or struggle for this kind of destiny where from last 59 years both nations are fighting for economic and social reforms, to survive from famine land, poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and health services and last but not the least Terrorism.
On the eve of every Independence Day celebration we are imbibed with the fear of getting trenched by social viruses, we scrutinized with close cameras and monitored by trained eagle eyes but security breach happens at the cost of lives of innocent peoples Ex. Unprecedented terrorist attack on Indian Parliament; 13 December 2001, insane attack by terrorist on Akshardham, temple in May 2004. But I think every day is Independence day and any day if this kind of brutal act happens it will victimize only innocent life and then national security will be in question again?
Communal forces are so strong and dominating in the country that they created a sense of fear among the existence of minority communities in India and its neighboring countries, which results in the form of migration or breaching boundaries by victims for better means of shelter and rehabilitation.
Poor politics and shrewd bureaucrats are damaging the transparency of democracy in a way that democracy is loosing its moral values which comes in form of criminalisation of voting system and corruption in hierarchal flow of assets (human as well as natural) and intellectual property (ex. Science and technology) governed by government used for the development of state bounded regions and country itself. Politicians and leaders from different states trying to satisfy their vote-bank distinguished by oppressed classes of society and are searching for solution of problem of poverty, unemployment, and illiteracy in their ideological catalogue of corrupt and molested thought processes of their own.

After witnessing the flaws in the law and order resulted in increasing corruption and crime, which is disrupting the social structure and change of democracy into demagogue social virus kept their interests in exploitation of labor class and finding excuse for the slow rate of developmental activities across different states and accusing others for their exploitation. This kind of ignorance towards people result in social discontent among people and creates fear among them for questioning the survival of coming generation because degeneration is seen in obscure developments in different areas which are essentials for growth of society and its inhabitants.

Parameters have been demanded from time to time to evaluate the efficiency of current political and social architecture of society. Reports have been generated to show growth in limitation of human and natural resources. But we are not up to the mark, either we do not comprehend our intellectual properties in a proper way and using these resources for keeping eye on our object of national interests or current political or social system is in the grip of wood-ant.

Why I’m trying to imagine a utopian world, why I’m behaving like quixotic Gandhi rather than accepting empiricist and pragmatic idea of thought of contemporary leaders if they have so? Why I’m so skeptic?
I thing I’m worried. As MK Gandhi was at the time of partition because of ignorance of leaders towards the problem of people at grassroots level i.e. excessive work required to uplift more than 600000 villages residing in India so as in Pakistan.
Gandhi was very pragmatic thinker with little bit of controversy at that time. He prefer to have a bottom up approach of development for revival of India’s condition after Independence unlike Fabian Nehru and capitalist Sardar Patel who applied top-bottom down approach. Gandhi wants every Indian to be independent in her self.

Belonging to the same lineage India and Pakistan and the neighboring country are facing more or less same problem of slow economic and social reforms, health, population, illiteracy and terrorism mainly. All have to workout hard for resolute these problems. In place of cross-border infiltration we can share cross-country cultural exchanges to empower the growth processes in India, Pakistan or in any country. We can move parallel to achieve aim, which is same for India as well as Pakistan instead of crossing each others way to acquire sovereignty of there great nation.
So what should be aim? I think preserving national interest for better means of communication among people, maintaining communal harmony for energizing deferent processes of democracy and electoral process, law and orders.
Put an extra effort to keep the moral and ethical values of its native people so the new era of social, cultural and traditional value can be preserved to mark identity in contemporary ethos of world history.
